Kate Folkard is National Chlamydia Screening Programme Manager at Public Health England, and a project lead on PHE’s development of a framework for national commissioning of HIV, sexual and reproductive health services. Previously, Kate was a PCT sexual health commissioner and joint local authority/PCT children’s services commissioner.
